I won't say where, but a quick google of "dune 2 android APK" will get you where you need to go for free (game was free when it was on the google play store too) I beat all 3 campaigns and I RARELY ever play games on my phone. It was taken down (mostly since it had a suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper tiny monetization wherein you could pay a tiny bit to cheat and get units) but it was a complete, 100%, perfectly faithful port in every way, and since dune 2 used the proto-RTS control scheme of "select unit -> select task -> select location" with no drag selection or groups, and gameplay was tuned around that, it performs stupidly well on phones. *cough* dune 2 has been ported to android.
